Acknowledge your challenge. "Okay, so right Bring your intention to now I don't have enough life time/money/energy to do Now that you've like I wanted to." identified your intention, 2. Ask yourself, "What do I have just enough time to do?" For example, if you want to move your body every day, it might look like this: I have just enough time to walk down the bike path and back for 20 minutes. I have just enough time to do a quick round of yoga sun salutations. I have just enough time to climb a few flights of stairs in the hotel. I have just enough time to put on some music and dance to one song. 4. Take action. Seize the moment and give yourself the gift of Just Enough. Immediate result: You have moved your body and I'll bet you a dark chocolate peanut butter cup that your body and mind feel much better. Deeper result: In that moment, you have said, "Yes" to what your heart desires. Your inner self now knows that you are ° committed to do what you've said you want. You are building self-trust. And that strengthens your trust muscles to do it again. This is a simple example using the "Just Enough" tool to enhance your health and reduce your stress on a dally basis. And each day you do it, you are building toward a happier, healthier life. I propose that "Just Enough" can be a powerful tool to make larger life changes as well. Perhaps you are oh-so-ready for a career change, want to learn to ski, or have always dreamed of taking an international trip. Even if you don't have the time or resources to make it happen yet, what do you have "Just Enough" time, money, energy, ideas to do that will move you one step closer toward bringing that dream to life? Mayb it's taking 15 minutes to research it online. Or making contact with a person who has experience with it. Or take that one, small step. When you do, you're telling your heart "Yes." You're building self-trust for bigger leaps.
