I BEATTY CONSTRUCTION Quincy 283-2035 Since 1984 "I have been in business in Plumas County for almost 30 years. I was never a big fan of advertising; I was one of those who believed word of mouth, quality work and fair prices were all that was needed to keep us busy. Then the economy took a turn for the worse and like many, so did my business. I can honestly say that if it had not been for my consistent advertis- ing in the newspaper, I would most likely be one of the casualties of the latest recession. Thanks for the great exposure in the newspaper each week, we have met and provided service to many new customers whom we never would have had the opportunity to serve had they not seen our ads. I know this because my customers have told me that's how they found US. Needless to say, I'm a believer now in keeping the business name out there every week and, of course, providing quality service at an affordable price."
