Storm leaves county in the dark A tree is uprooted by wind and falls on the roof of a garage in Crescent Mills. Another tree with its roots still attached narrowly misses a building in Chester. The Quincy Fire Department responds to a downed tree that also took down a power line in East Quincy. A toppled tree narrowly misses several homes in Blairsden.
