Contract terms and conditions are contingent upon the availability of Cal OES funding. The Lessen Family Services CHAT Program provides comprehensive therapeutic services to child victims who have been affected by crime. The focus of the supervision shall be clarification, strategies of intervention, treatment modalities and the refinement of clinical therapeutic skills. Education: Qualified Applicants shall be a Licensed Clinician with a Doctorate Degree in Psychology in good standing with the California Board of Psychology, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and/or Marriage and Family Therapist in good standing with trio California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Experience: Qualified Applicants should be able to demonstrate their proficiency in providing psychotherapy, crisis intervention, stress management, therapeutic treatment services and counseling to children, families and groups. Qualified Applicants should include the following in the proposal: 1. Description of qualifications, description of lead personnel, amount of time and personnel to be expended and equipment and facilities to be utilized; 2. Description of techniques to be used in solving the stated problem or meeting the stated need; and 3. Total cost of the contract.
