Filmmaker Wes Anderson presents an eccentric all-star cast in "The Grand Budapest Hotel." After performances, movies return to theatre After a long run of wonderful community performances, says Plumas Arts, Town Hall Theatre management welcomes back its regular Friday to Monday schedule of movies. It's a jungle out there for Blu, Jewel and their three kids in "Rio 2," after they're hurtled from that magical city to the wilds of the Amazon. As Blu tries to fit in, he goes beak-to-beak with the vengeful Nigel, and meets the most fearsome adversary of all -- his father-in-law. After the cataclysmic events in New York with The Avengers, Marvel's "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" finds Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, living quietly in Washington, D.C., and trying to adjust to the modern world. But when a S.H.I.E.L.D. colleague comes under attack, Steve becomes embroiled in a web of intrigue that threatens to put the world at risk. Joining forces with the Black Widow, Captain America struggles to expose the ever-widening conspiracy while fighting off professional assassins sent to silence him at every turn. When the full scope of the villainous plot is revealed, Captain America and the Black Widow enlist the help of a new ally, the Falcon. However, they soon find themselves up against an unexpected and formidable enemy -- the Winter Soldier. The cast includes Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stun, Anthony Mackie, Cobie Smulders, Frank Grillo, Emily VanCamp and Hayley Atwell with Robert Redford as Alexander Pierce and Samuel L. Beginning at noon, the event kicks off with a shotgun golf tournament on the 18-hole course. At holes six and 13 there will be a tent set up with the featured brewers and wineries for participants' enjoyment. At the first and 18th hole there will also be a tasting tent along with live acoustic music courtesy of LocRls, a guitar and cello ensemble, based out of Quincy. While the Wine Walk will offer new wines to taste, it will also offer golfers new clubs to try. Adams Golf, one of the leading producers of hybrid clubs in the industry, will provide the public with chances to test and try out their selection of products. For those not inclined to play golf, there are lawn games available as well as the open restaurant, which overlooks the picturesque course.
