An out billing from a sales yard or a bill of sale must be made out to the exhibitor, showing date of ownership as 120 days before fair, OR a signed statement that the animal was dropped from the exhibitor's cow and raised by the exhibitor. Original Brand In~l:mction or Bill of Sale must be turned in with entry. 1. California origin cattle- a. Brand Inspection Certificate in the exhibitor's name issued at time of original purchase or b. Saleyard Out Billing in the Exhibitor's name or c. Completed Bill of Sale with a state brand inspector's authorization of release for inspection at destination. 2 Out Of State Cattle- a. Cattle orcjinating form states requiring a brand inspection must be accompanied by a Brand Inspection Certificate in the Exhibitor's Name. b. Cattle originating from states not requiring brand inspection must be accompanied by a health certificate or original Bill Of Sate in the Exhibitor's Name. Transportation slip issued by the Plumas-Sierra County Fair is mandatory in trampofti~ anirnais to and from the Fairgromtds.
