To be eligible, the Junior Owner-Exhibitor must be showing a purebred Red Angus or a crossbred for the steer competition of at least 50 % Angus. Califomia - Nevada Po!l-Ette= The California Poll-ettes, Inc., Women's Auxiliary of the California Polled Hereford Association will award one trophy to the Junior Exhibitor showing the most outstanding POLLED HEREFORD BREEDING ANIMAL. Juniors competing must ahow a POLLED HEREFORD that is naturally smooth headed or having loose trout=, f~ting the American Hereford Association guidelines. Breeding animals, either bull or heifer must be regiatered with the American Hereford A~scciatkm. In a mixed breeding show no polled Hereford placing below 4m place in the show is e(i0ible for this award. The Western States Angus Auxiliary 1470 Eureka Lane, Templeton, CA 93465 will present an award to the outstanding 4-H Angus exhibitor and/or the outstanding FFA Angus exhibitor. The judge of the junior beef show will be asked to make selection of the winner balled on show ring placing of individuli animals and ~ in Showmanship.
