Arts & Crafts -- Art Barn Guidelines for All Arts & Crafts NI Local Rules, Guidelines, Regulations and State Rules for California Fairs apply to this Department. - Person who has reached an advanced state of skill, or makes a living in Arts or Crafts, and/or sells their work. Limited Show DIVISION: 622 PRO WATER COLOR PAINTING - Person who engages in Arts or Crafts as a hobby, doe~ not sell their work, and are not otherwise remunerated for it except for occasional cash prizes or premium awards.
