Duties include accepting and placing exhibits, assisting when judging is taking place and watching over exhibits in assigned areas. As a token of appreciation, volunteers are provided with one ticket to a grandstand attraction of their choice, or one weekly pass for every four (4) hours worked. Limited-to 4 tickets/passes per person. Please telephone: (530) 283-6272. Publication and free distribution of Guidebook are made possible by the its' pages. To them, the Mana Board of Directors of the Plumas-Sierra extend a sincere "THANK YOU California Department of Food & If it's Fair time, it must be Fun time!!! Your local fair is more than corn dogs, carousels. It's also a place where you experience the joy of learning new things ant local artists and performances. Best of all, yo first hand look at agriculture and its im lives, Whether you live in the city or the country, are young or old, I'm sure you will find fun the fair.
