EXHIBITOR DEFINITION: (State Rule 1,8) In the Senior (adult) Department, member= of a family are considered one exhibitor and co-ownere of exhibits. This includes mother, father, unmarried minor (under 18 years of age), children and minor foster children. In the Senior (adult) Department, classes that require that the exhibit be the creative work of the owner, husband and wife are considered separate exhibitom. In the Junior Department, brothers and/or sisters are considered to be separate exhibitors. EXHIBIT RECEIVING. REMOVAL AND JUDGING: Refer to department headings, unless otherwise stated, all exhibits must he in place by 10:00 AM, Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2001. All Uvastock Judging times in the exhibit guide supersedes any posted times. ENTRIES FOR JUDGING; It is the exhibitor's responsibility to have his/her exhibit(s) ready at the receiving times. Fair management has the right to limit to facilities available and the dght to CANCEL any Division or Class in which there are not sufficient entries for judging. Any return of entries under this rule will be done on a non-discriminatory basis. EXHIBIT REMOVAL: NO EXHIBITS WILL BE REMOVED PRIOR TO 8 P.M. SUN. AUG. 12TH, unless as provided or specified by Fair Management, or as indicated in Exhibitor's Guide Ribbons will be placed on exhibits in some departments. All other ribbon awards not placed on exhibits will be distributed by the department supervisor upon removal of exhibit(s) by the exhibitor pREMIUM CHECKS: Premium checks will be made payable to the exhibitor in whose name the entry was made. Checks may be picked up from department supervisor on Sunday, August 12, 2001, after 8:00 PM or they will be mailed to exhibitor's address as listed on entry form.
