An explosive tale of double cross and revenge, "The Losers" centers upon the members of an elite U.S. Special Forces unit sent into the Bolivian jungle on a search and destroy mission. The team -- Clay, Jensen, Roque, Pooch and Cougar find themselves the target of a lethal betrayal instigated from the inside by a powerful enemy known only as Max. Presumed dead, the group makes plans to even the score when they are joined by the mysterious Aisha, a beautiful operative with her own agenda. Working together, they must remain deep under- cover while tracking the heavily guarded Max, a ruth- less man bent on embroiling the world in a new high-tech global war. Based on a comic book series on the Vertigo imprint of DC Comics This 97-minute action adventure is rated PG-13 for sequences of intense action and violence, a scene of sensuality and language. When a young American Gal pals Carrie, Charlotte, Samantha and Miranda vaca- tion together in exotic Abu Dhabi in "Sex and the City 2," playing June 24-26. (Amanda Seyfried) travels to the city of Verona, home of the star-crossed lover Juliet of "Romeo and Juliet" fame, she joins a group of volun- teers who respond to letters to Juliet seeking advice about love. After answering one letter dated 1957, she inspires its author (Vanessa Redgrave) to travel to Italy in search of her longlost love. and sets off a chain of events that will bring love into both of their lives unlike anything they ever imagined. This 105-minute romantic drama is rated PG for brief rude behavior and sensual images, some language and incidental smoking. Website: letterstojuliet- "Sex And The City 2" Thursday - Saturday, June 24 - 26 Set two years after the wedding that almost wasn't, tis sequel finds gal pals Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Charlotte (Kristin Davis), Samantha (Kim Cattrall) and Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) embarking on a much-needed vacation to exotic Abu Dhabi. They're still the same soulmates despite responsi- bilities of motherhood and marriage, but a new romance for Samantha and a little thing called Aidan, Carrie's ex, keep things interesting. Furry Vengeance is a live- action family comedy in which an ambitious young real estate developer, Dan Sanders, faces off with a band of angry animals when his "Furry Vengeance" follows a band of animals as they fight a new housing subdivision that pushes into their neighborhood. new housing subdivision pushes too far into a pristine part of the wilderness. Led by an incredibly clever raccoon, the animals stymie the development and teach our hero about the environ- mental consequences of man's encroachment on nature.
