This contract position will perform investigations related to conservatorships, guardianships, and other miscellaneous proceedings. Career Opportunities DESCRIPTION Pursuant to Probate Code, conduct timely investigations by researching, reviewing and summarizing information related to cases of conservatorship and guardianship. This includes temporary conservatorships, initial conservatorships, six- month reviews, first year and annual reviews, status reviews, guardianships and additional court-ordered investigations. The investigator will conduct interviews and visits in person and via telephone, check references and criminal background, review accounting, confer with physicians, teachers, therapists and other parties as necessary to make appropriate determinations, and report to the court in writing.
