I was on my way to the dining hall and as I was walking out of the dining towards the nurse station an elderly lady was lost. Leann saw this lady and asked if she would like assistance to the lobby. The elderly lady was grateful to have Leann help her out towards to the lobby. They were having such a nice conversation that seemed to ease this elderly lady from getting confused. I just like to say that it is nice to work in an environment that is willing to help no matter how busy the day is for an employee. Kudos to Leann, April Employee of the Month!
