~gressfve,~ogressive, Record, Reporter Wednesday, July 11,2001 3B Music, food, fun, friends and families were what the High Sierra Music Fes- tivni was all about July 6- 8. In its second year of a five-year contract with the Plumas-Slerra County Fair Board, fairgrounds manag- er Mike Clements said that each year (technically the third year in Plumas County), problems are identified and the follow- ing year, the operation runs a little smoother. Photos by Shannon Morrow and Victoria Metcalf ioii Not everyone who attended the Music Festival camped out in the back of a VW van. This brand new $3 million dollar Pilatus PC 12 served the same purpose for owner Lyle Turner and four of his friends Saturday night. Turner said they couldn't find a vacant motel room in town so they camped out in the back of their plane. 0
