A deputy reported the victims were taken to Seneca Healthcare District. Both bikes were taken to the Chester substation. Back: In Portola, a caller requested an ambulance for himself because he said his back just went out. The call was transferred to EPHC. Portola fire was paged. Unresponsive: In Quincy, a caller reported that her husband was not waking up and was unresponsive. The caller said he made a loud noise that woke her but now he is not awake. The call was transferred to PDH. Evaluation: In Quincy, a caller requested a transport for a person who needed an evaluation. The caller said they would call the hospital directly. Overdose: In Quincy, a caller requested an ambulance for his wife who had intentionally overdosed. The call was transferred to PDH. Loud music: In Quincy, a caller reported that he wanted the music to be turned down at the High Sierra Music Festival. The caller was advised the music festival organizers have a special permit and play music all night. The caller was advised to take his complaint to the Board of Supervisors. Friday, July 4 Not a fire lane: In East Quincy, a caller reported that vehicles were blocking the fire lane at the East Quincy Services District. The call was transferred to the CHP. The CHP advised the area is not properly designated as a f'we lane and that they were unable to enforce it as such. The CHP requested that the information be forwarded to Quincy fire. Quincy fire was notified. Vehicle vs. tent: In Quincy, a caller reported that an unoccupied vehicle had rolled and struck a person who was in a tent. The call was transferred to the CHP.
