Feather River Bulletin Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2010 7A Dakota Mathison Tatum Hughes App 1 es and lea, yes Thursday, Oct. 28, The Feather River College Child Development Center children, staff, parents and grandparents went on a beautiful fall walk to the apple orchard behind Social Services and harvested several apples. They also played in the leaves. The next day was the annual Fall Festival at the center site, with a great turnout of FRC staff, children and their families. Many activities were available. Apple juicing, apple art activities, apple coring, apple songs and lots of wonderful potluck foods. The weather was beautiful and cooperative for the outdoors event.
