Veterans Day parade next week Alicia Knadler Indian Valley Editor aknadler@plu Music, marching groups and honors for all who served will be p~~ Veterans Day celebration Thursday, Nov. 11, in Greenville. Members of the Greenville Junior-Senior High School Band and the Community Choir will raise spirits with rousing and patriotic perfor- mances. The morning celebration begins at ii a.m., with a Main Street parade of veterans, scouts, Elks Lodge members, military and emergency vehi- cles, and others who converge on Greenville. Parade participants will halt and gather around the announcing area in front of Hunter Ace Hardware for a short ceremony before lining up and continuing along the route to Bush Street.
