1OA Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2015 Feather River Bulletin Quincy PCO held its annual Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 31, at Quincy Elementary School. Despite the busy Halloween weekend, and an unusual event time, hundreds of children and their families attended. The festival featured traditional carnival booths, a cake walk, face painting, costume contests and tons of fun. Booths were staffed by parent volunteers as well as members from both junior and senior high school clubs. The fifth grade held a bake sale and the sixth grade sold homemade enchilada dinners to take home as fundraisers for their watershed trips. Proceeds from the event help fund field trips and assemblies for Quincy elementary students.
